Well Being in the Woods; Awake in the Woods - Forest Bathing
What better way to reap the benefits of being in nature? Includes mindfulness meditation and gratitude practices that are experienced while wandering and sitting in the forest. Based on the practices of shinrin-yoku, or “Forest Bathing”, this program has many scientifically proven benefits that most of us have intuitively recognized such as reduced anxiety and depression, improved immune response, lower blood pressure, and better attention and memory skills.
CULTIVATING GENUINE HAPPINESS
Grow your experience of happiness, joy and well-being through proven practices that relieve worry and stress, reduce fatigue, and increase resilience. Neuroscience tells us that, thanks to neuroplasticity, little practices can make a big difference in our lives. In this session you will learn 3 practices that increase your sense of well-being and support feelings of happiness and joy. This experiential session will focus on self compassion, mindful presence, and gratitude. You will be guided through each practice and anchor the experience so that you can easily access it again. You will leave calm, relaxed and refreshed with practices you can apply in your daily life.
