When my son died, I received several booklets on grief from well-meaning friends. Although they all had wisdom, none of them had a Buddhist perspective. Many teachers and Buddhist readings helped me to find practices that I used on my Buddhist path. I recorded my experiences and suggestions for practices in the attached file. I hope that those who are grieving find it helpful.
